Regulations

By submitting the application form, the participant agrees to all regulations listed below:

 

1. Recording Requirements

  • The participant understands that the submitted recording must be original and specifically made for this competition.

  • The recording must clearly show the participant’s face, hands, and pedals.

  • No editing, splicing, or audio correction is permitted. 

  • If multiple pieces are submitted, each piece may be recorded separately; recording the entire repertoire at once is not required.

 

2. Category and Repertoire

  • The participant must enter the correct age category and appropriate repertoire.

  • Applications containing false or misleading information will be rejected without refund.

 

3. Late Application Fee

  • Participants understand that a late fee will be applied to all categories and per each application which are submitted after the regular deadline.

 

4. Payment Requirements

  • Payment must be submitted after receiving the confirmation email.

  • Applications will not be processed if payment is not received within 7 days of submission.

  • All application fees are non-refundable once the application has been submitted.

 

5. Attendance for Semifinal/Final Rounds

  • Participants selected for the semifinal/final rounds on 2–3 March 2026 must attend in person.

  • In case of medical emergency, an official doctor’s note may be submitted as justification.

 

6. Media Consent

  • Participants attending the live rounds on 2–3 March 2026 grant permission to LI-CC and affiliated partners to photograph, film, and publicly use media captured at the event for promotional purposes.

 

7. Jury Decisions

  • Jury members are not obliged to provide written or verbal feedback.

  • Jury decisions are final and cannot be modified under any circumstances.

 

8. Obligations of First Prize Winners

  • First prize winners of each category must perform at the Final Gala Concert, where they will compete for the Grand Prize (jury-selected) and the Audience Prize (audience-selected).

 

9. Age Verification

  • Participants may be required to present a valid ID (passport, birth certificate, etc.) for age verification at any stage.

 

10. Copyright and Recording Rights

  • By participating, performers grant LI-CC the right to record, broadcast, stream, and archive their competition performances.

 

11. Cancellation Policy

  • In the event of cancellation due to natural disaster, war, riot, political conflict, national emergency, certified illness/injury, or any comparable event beyond reasonable control, the entrance fee may be refunded following a committee review.
