Photography and Videography Policy:

1. Consent to Images and Videos:
   By attending our events, all attendees acknowledge and agree that event organisers may take photographs and videos throughout the performance. This content may be used for promotional purposes, including but not limited to brochures, websites, social media, and advertisements.

2. Personal Photography and Videography:
   Attendees are welcome to take personal photos and videos during the event. However, we ask that all attendees respect the following guidelines:

   • Please avoid using flash photography, as it can be distracting to performers and other audience members.

   • Videotaping or live streaming the performance is prohibited without prior approval from event organizers.

   • Please be mindful of surrounding attendees when capturing images to ensure a positive experience for everyone.

No Refund Policy:

​

1. All Sales Final:
   Tickets are non-refundable. Once a ticket purchase is made, there will be no refunds or exchanges under any circumstances. Please ensure you are able to attend the event before completing your purchase.

2. Cancellation or Rescheduling:
   In the unlikely event that the concert is canceled or rescheduled by the organizers, ticket holders will be notified via the contact information provided at the time of purchase. Refunds will be issued in case that the event is cancelled.

1. Attendee Behavior:
   We expect all attendees, including children, to behave in a respectful and courteous manner throughout the event. Disruptive behavior may result in removal from the venue without a refund.

2. Health and Safety:
   All health and safety regulations must be followed, including any guidelines related to health emergencies.
